Facebook graph API help out please

Can some one help me in coding with graph api.

What I want is simple I want a page which asks the user's permission to give my app his details.

I want the following details and they must be at last put into a variable as belows:

And also my app wants to post on their behave as follows:"Helloooo boys and girls"

Conditions are as belows:

1.) Must be Javascript and not php or any other language.

2.) Full html page should be given in the answer

Put the app id as app id I will replace it manualy

And remember
